1. Place Order Online
Order individual services or try our packages tailored to fit whatever platform you sell on! Build your shoot by adding whatever photos you need to your cart just like a standard ecommerce website. If you need help building your shoot please contact us.
2. Ship Your Products to us in Texas
After placing your online order you will get an email confirmation with your order number and shipping instructions to send your products to our Texas studio. You can check your account for real time order status updates at any time.
3. Provide Shoot Directions
To provide shoot instructions simply reply to your order confirmation with your instructions, shot list, sample images or reference websites. Our team is always available to provide guidance or assist.
4. We Photograph Your Products
Once your products arrive and are checked in you will get an email. Our team reviews your instructions and proceeds with your shoot. If we have questions our team will reach out.
5. Review & Download Files
We send you a gallery to review and download your photos/videos via email and in your account. In the rare event that you require any edits or reshoots please contact us within 10 days.
6. Product Return/Disposal. Order Complete.
After your order is complete we proceed to return your products or dispose of them based on what you selected when placing your order. Return shipping options include paying for return, including a label, or disposal. We can also ship on your UPS/FedEx account.
