After placing your online order you will get an email confirmation with your order number and shipping instructions to send your products to our studio.

Provide Shoot Directions
To provide shoot instructions simply reply to your order confirmation with your instructions, shot list, sample images or reference websites.

We Photograph Your Products
Once your products arrive and are checked in you will get an email. Our team reviews your instructions and proceeds with your shoot.

Review & Download Files
We send you a gallery to review and download your photos via email and in your account. If you require any edits please contact us within 10 days.

Product Return/Disposal. Order Complete.
After your order is complete we proceed to return your products or dispose of them based on what you selected when placing your order.
